Insurance and Payment Options

Do you bill Medicare?

Medicare will help with your first pair of eyewear after cataract surgery. We are happy to submit a claim on your behalf. If you have a supplemental insurance plan, Medicare will forward the balance of what they don’t pay, to your supplemental insurance. Often you will receive a 2nd payment from your supplemental insurance.

2

Do you accept vision insurance?

We accept many vision insurance plans. Coverage varies depending on your provider and plan details. We recommend bringing your insurance information with you, and our staff will be happy to verify your benefits and explain your coverage.

3

Can you bill my insurance directly?

In many cases, yes. If we are in-network with your vision plan, we can bill your insurance directly and help you understand your out-of-pocket costs before ordering your glasses or contact lenses.
If we are out-of-network, we can provide you with an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

4

What if I don’t have vision insurance?

No problem. We offer a wide range of eyewear options for every budget, including frames starting at $40 and competitively priced prescription lenses. Our team will work with you to find solutions that meet both your vision needs and your budget.

5

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, personal checks, and cash. (You can customize this to add HSA/FSA cards if applicable.)

6

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Yes. Prescription glasses, prescription lenses, and contact lenses are typically eligible expenses under most Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Check with your plan administrator for specific coverage details.

7

Do you offer warranties or protection plans?

Most of our prescription lenses include a 12–18 month scratch warranty, and our frames carry a one- or two-year manufacturer warranty covering defects. We’re happy to explain warranty details before you complete your purchase.
